Repurposing Phillips 66: Conceptual Multipurpose Site Redevelopment Analysis
This analysis evaluated conceptual site alternatives for the Phillips 66 Santa Maria Refinery using ranking criteria that examined the environmental, social, and economic impacts of different site uses, including conservation & recreation, plastics recycling, green hydrogen production, grid-scale battery storage, and an anaerobic digester facility.
